Follow your veterinarian's recommendations, always provide fresh water, walks, affection and lots of love. If your pet does not adapt to our food, don't worry — we have the 110% Satisfaction campaign - we can exchange for another variety or offer a refund of the paid amount + 10%. To do this, contact our Customer Service and have the following on hand:

- • Your personal details
- • Keep at least 75% of the product in the original packaging following the instructions on the package
- • Product within the expiration date printed on the packaging
